The Leaderboard ranks your reps on the same call data as Call Analytics, so you can see who's leading and who needs coaching.
Find it
Go to Analytics → Leaderboard.
By default it covers the last 7 days and compares each rep with the 7 days before.
Choose what to rank by
Pick a Performance Metric: Call Score, Qualified Dials, Connection Rate or Talk Time. Hover an option to see its formula.
Call Score (the default) is a score from 0 to 100: 40% connection rate, 30% talk time and 30% qualified dials, each compared across your team.
Team Avg is the average of each rep's own score. Reps need at least 5 qualified dials in the period to be included.
Tiers and scorecards
Top Performer is the #1 rep. Above Average is 30% or more above the team average, and Needs Improvement is more than 10% below. Everyone else is Average.
Reps with fewer than 5 qualified dials show as Insufficient Data.
Rep Performance Scorecards highlight one rep from each tier. Hover the info icon for the exact math behind a score.
Team Leaderboard and Quality Alerts
Team Leaderboard lists every rep with qualified dials, connects, connect rate, talk time, score and distance from the team average.
Quality Alerts turn the numbers into coaching prompts: the top performer, big week-over-week drops in connect rate, short calls, and calls with no outcome. View calls opens those calls in Call History.
