In order to purchase a Germany number you will need to provide the following:

• Name, last name

• Local copy of ID or passport

• Germany Registration Form (must be signed; see details below)

• Address matching the DID area code (street, building number, postal code, city, and country)

• Utility bill (dated within 3 months)

🏢 Business identity verification:

• Name, last name of an authorized representative

• Company name

• Contact phone number

• Local company registration certificate

• Germany Registration Form (must be signed; see details below)

• Address matching the DID area code (street, building number, postal code, city, and country)

• Utility bill (dated within 3 months)

📝 Registration Form Requirements:

• Must include representative’s full name, surname, date, and company stamp

• If no stamp is available, the company name must be handwritten on the form

⚠ Additional requirements for Local Numbers:

• End-users must be physically present in Germany when purchasing numbers

• Only scanned documents are accepted (photos or screenshots are rejected)

• Power of Attorney (PoA) — provided by Symbo

• End-users must be physically present in Germany when purchasing numbers

• Only scanned documents are accepted

• Service usage description (in German)
