Live Call Coaching is a powerful tool for sales managers and team leaders to improve call quality, support new reps, and provide real-time feedback to drive better outcomes. By listening in on live calls and providing in-the-moment guidance, you can enhance communication effectiveness, boost confidence, and ultimately improve sales performance. Here’s a guide to getting started with Live Call Coaching.
Prerequisites
You must have a Symbo account with admin privileges. Only admins can monitor calls.
Team members that you intend to monitor must have a Symbo Plan with dialing capabilities (Essential, Pro, Power Dial)
Step 1: Navigate the the Live Calls Page
From the navigation menu on your Symbo Dashboard, click on the Phone icon, then click Live Calls.
Step 2: Start Coaching
As live calls are placed from the Symbo platform, you will see them appear.
From here you can:
Monitor your reps live calls as they take place
Listen in to your reps calls and whisper to your rep (only rep can hear)
Take coaching notes that are sent to your rep after the call
